M&S is a major British multinational retailer that specialises in selling clothing, beauty, home and food products, with 65,000 colleagues across stores, support centres, logistics operations and international teams. Customers look to and trust their expertise to help them find their perfect bra. We were tasked with creating a series of interactive workbooks to help train employees in the lingerie department for the perfect bra fit, so that they can offer better advice, to ensure the customer returns to M&S time and time again. Interactivity allows trainees to add their answers and responses directly into the workbooks.

M&S managers are naturally encouraged to support their teams. To help aid the conversations around the performance of a colleague we have created a series of tools to help keep teams on track and to do their best work. This essential booklet and electronic checklist example helps employees to prepare effectively and to be more able to deliver for the customer.

Domino’s leadership behaviours e-booklet

American multinational pizza restaurant chain, Domino’s, has more than 15,000 stores worldwide. Our task was to produce a series of interactive and immersive e-booklets for employees to help self-assess their own leadership potential, with the aim of achieving a score that determines the employees’ competencies and skill levels required to be a leader. We designed, developed and delivered responsive, interactive e-booklets that are easy and engaging to use, to help create a rewarding self-assessment experience, and reinforce the employees’ career journey.

As one of the world’s leading hotel companies with over 6,000 hotels and 350,000 employees in more than 100 countries, IHG wanted to communicate the story of the company, as it has evolved to becoming a ‘BrandHearted’ business. We produced an engaging Employer brand book aimed at capturing all of the developments year-on-year to tell the story company-wide, to demonstrate how IHG is one of the best places to work in the world.

M&S customer inclusivity scheme

As a major British multinational retailer that specialises in selling clothing, beauty, home and food products, with 65,000 colleagues across stores, support centres, logistics operations and international teams, M&S meets and serves customers from all walks of life. Some customers’ individual needs mean M&S employees must serve them differently to make their experience great. M&S required a stand-alone brand mark and supporting materials, including booklets, postcards and posters, for the ‘Making Every Day Accessible’ scheme, to ensure that each customer has an experience as individual as they are.

IHG London 2012 Olympic Games book

As one of the world’s leading hotel companies with over 6,000 hotels and 350,000 employees in more than 100 countries, IHG were looking to ‘deliver a gold medal performance’. 
We helped them to provide a lasting record of their involvement in the London 2012 Olympic Games that could be shared with their leaders, owners and colleagues whose lives were touched by the Games by producing a book of unforgettable Olympic moments.
