M&S Inclusivity Scheme
Brands, websites, reports, campaigns, internal audiences, external ones, niche crowds and mass populations… there’s barely a channel or audience we haven’t touched. On every project we have bags of enthusiasm and offer it wholeheartedly to our clients.
At M&S they meet and serve customers from all walks of life, and with all sorts of qualities which make them unique. Some customers’ individual needs mean M&S employees must serve them differently to make their experience great. M&S required a stand-alone ‘brandmark’ to support the ‘Making Every Day Accessible’ scheme, to make sure that each of their customers has an experience as individual as they are. We created a brandmark to support the scheme, and a suite of supporting materials which included booklets, postcards and information rich posters.
